The apartment is perfectly located in the city center, it’s not exactly in the center center but one street south which is better because there is no noise.
The apartment is new so everything is really nice and in great shape.
I highly recommend this place if you are thinking of staying a while in the area. The kitchen is fully equipped and very convenient.
The owner is so so so so nice and will go above and beyond for you.
I’m very happy with my stay.
The property was like new and immaculate. We loved the location. It was just outside the old city (easy walk) and a block from the bus stop which we used to catch buses to Alberobello, Locorotondo and Monopoli. There is also a small supermarket right beside the bus stop. Communication over WhatsApp was great and we were met at check-in at the property to get our keys.
Everything. Check in time was quick with Alfio, very accommodating. Room was perfect, very clean and organized. Fridge and cabinets were complete with amenities. We were greeted with a small bottle of champagne which made us feel very welcome to the city of Martina Franca. The location was perfect, right near the old town without it being to loud around. The contemporary style of the apartment was perfect for its size, kitchen and living area was spacious, bedroom was very comfy and the couch in the living room folds out as well. Bathroom was clean and compact and having a washing machine was another great plus of renting this apartment. If I could give this apartment an 11 I would, I highly recommend giving this place a look if you ever plan to stay in Martina Franca.
The host is amazing! Everything was in perfect state and he made a genuine effort to make us feel at home. Perfect!
The apartment is well located, at street level, clean, modern and well thought out. There is free street parking (Italian style). Alfio is the perfect host
