The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped, with two rooms. The hosts were very reactive and helpful whenever we needed assistance, though we never met them in person—even though the listing mentioned a physical check-in. That said, everything went smoothly.
The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from most of the city’s highlights. However, the apartment is right next to a bar and an elementary school, which makes it quite noisy—especially in the smaller bedroom, where sleeping at night or early in the morning was difficult. Surprised this wasn’t mentioned in other reviews.
Overall, a good value for the price, but be prepared for the noise.
Excellent location walking distance to all the main sights, the apartment was very clean. Some water bottles, coffee/tea, croissants and condiments were provided which was a nice touch.
The location was great, close to everything but away from the tourist bustle! Felt like a local in the nearby streets and cafes. The apartment was beautifully presented and the managers were very helpful!

Beautiful accommodation in Palermo! Very close to everything. Super comfortable, affordable and secure. Gianluca was very helpful and communicated with us well. Would stay here again if we come back to Palermo!
