Very high quality and clean room, nicer than hotels that are 2x the price. Good TV and cooking facilities, everything you need as long as you’re not cooking 3 meals a day every day. Never met the staff but that was not a problem at all because all my needs were met and questions answered through messaging the property, they were very responsive.
The location was great. The hostess was amazing and friendly, she made our stay that much better! GRAZIE!!
Clean room daily. Price was great for a few nights. There even was a small elevator to get you to the floor the rooms are on, with luggage it’s important lol
Very secure building. Towels given. There was TV & AC in the room but we never used them.
The room Bocca with a small balcony was pretty good.
The room was very clean and had all the amenities we were looking for (like AC). The staff was very cordial and available to accommodate any of our requests. The location is very convenient, close to Termini train station.
Perfect location, short walk from Roma Termini station. Excellent room, clean. Nice air flow. There is a water line near to a market store.
