Everything was perfect! The apartments is very nice and the location is great!
I had to call the owner bc I could not find my email and he was so helpful and walked me right through the process. He actually stayed on the phone with me until I got through the gate, through the main door, and into the apartment.
The location was fantastic. It's directly at the city center. It's so nice to be able to relax or pick something up from the apartment if needed. The staff were also amazing. They gave very detailed instructions for check in, check out and how to access the apartment with video. They also provided extra pillows when requested. Very friendly and reliable!

Shower was great. Hot. Never went cold.
Communication from the host team was excellent which gave us much less stress.
Lift access to apartment was easy to use. Apartment easy to locate. Apartment was clean.
The apartment has an excellent location and is beautifully decorated in a modern style. Everything was very clean, and the facilities were great. The only downside was the lack of a proper bed — there was only a sofa bed, which affected the comfort a bit. I don’t quite understand why there isn’t an investment in a real bed, which wouldn’t be very expensive and would significantly improve the guests' experience. Other than that, everything was perfect.
