The staff responded quickly. The space is small, but works. The bathroom is private and clean. It is a good place. The only point of attention: it is 5km from Bologna historical downtown. But you can take the bus.

I enjoyed the fact that the rooms were clean and nice. We had everything we needed. The instructions were clear. And the bus was easy to catch into the city center.
Perfect location, very conveniently located for the mtg tournament. Access to the property was really smooth and easy with the instructions that were emailed to us. Our room was very clean and comfortable.
The location is very convenient for a few nights if you want to explore Bologna.
