Immaculate, great host.
This is not a very touristy part of Ischia.
The house and furnishings are older and homier.
We had a feeling of being local.
Plenty of roads for walking/hiking.
The host Lucia is nice and friendly, also her helper Natalie. The appartment is located on the second floor of the building, but you need to go up 27 stairs that was good exercise for us but can be hard to elderly person. The view from balcony is great as shown on the photos. The appartment was very good size. My husband and I use two bedrooms with comfortable beds. For price that we paid in October it was a good deal for us.
The best thing is the view from the apartment - it is spectacular. Rooms are really beautiful, comfy and spacious. Apartment is just a few steps from a bus stop. The owner with her family were truly kind, they made us feel we were at home and took care of everything we wanted and even more. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Ischia.
