Paolo met us at the door, after we rang the buzzer. We could use the kitchen and clothes washing machine which were nicely explained to us.
The tram was a short walk to go into town, AND the supermarket for food and shopping was also close.

The property was very clean. The kitchen was well-equipped. With the tram, it only took a couple of minutes to get to the centre. Paolo was an amazing host!
Paolo is a very kind and welcoming host, and is always quick to respond to messages if anything comes up. The apartment is very clean, has a comfy bed and has all of the facilities you might need for a stay in Florence. It is also easy to get into the centre of Florence, with a tram stop about a 5 minute walk away.
Paolo was an incredibly kind host. The facilities made our stay comfortable and a truly home-from-home experience. The tram stop nearby was really convenient with trams into the centre every few minutes. There is a Co- op supermarket nearby which is cheap and has everything you need and more. We shopped there daily because we had a fully equipped kitchen at the accommodation. Thank you once again, Paolo!
