Everything was perfect. The apartment was very, very clean, fully equipped, close to the bus station and all you needed was close to its location. The check-in and check out process was simple and the information sent before by the host was easy to follow. Bonus points for the neighbourhood, quite and nice. Also you have good pizza nearby, coffee, gelato.

Birds chirping in the morning, the balcony with view to a garden with pines. It was a pleasant temperature in the morning and evening so we didn't need the air conditioning. The apartment is quiet, you can't hear the noise of the street. The kitchen is fully equipped, the glasses for wine and proseco are on the bottom left cupboard. About 35 min walking to the city center but the bus station is 3 minutes away and has good connections to the center and the train station Bologna Centrale (27A/B). So we like the location and enjoyed the small walking to the center under the shade of a portico. Communication with Jhany was fast and easy either on booking or whatsapp, she is very friendly. Easy checkin and checkout, a bit too many keys :) but better to be safe. Good caffe shops and pizza around, SPAN Pizzeria is great. We enjoyed our stay and we would like to stay here again when in Bologna.

The host is very friendly and responsive. According to the instructions, you can easily find the apartment. The check-in was very simple. The apartment looks the same as in the pictures,it was clean.we loved that she paid attention to the details. The kitchen is fully equipped. There was also coffee and water prepared for us when we arrived, and we really appreciate it. The bus station is very close, but you can reach the old city by walking also. I will definitely recommend this place. There are restaurants, pharmacies, and convenience stores nearby. Helpful note for coffee lovers: The coffee machine is Bialetti and has a different capsule size. But there is also Bialetti Moka Pot as an alternative.

The place is very clean & have a good ambiance.The owner is very nice and helpful and very accommodating.I wish we stayed longer coz I really loved the place.The owner let us leave our luggage for our early check in.Very helpful owner.

Spacious and comfortable apartment in very nice area. Few steps away there are restaurants, shops, pizza stations and bars. Mazzini station is at 7 to 10 minutes walk. The centre is accessible by bus (stop is near) or you may walk. The apartment is equipped with all that you may need during a long or short stay. Check in and out was smooth. The balcony is a plus.
