Our accommodations were changed due to a bathroom issue. We were essentially upgraded to a lovely apartment with a view. The hosts took care of it all and communicated the issue.
We appreciated the efforts to make our stay comfortable and not disrupted.
The check in with Fulvia was perfect she is a really great host ! She explained us all the things we needed and was very nice.
First of all, for all the people who left bad reviews about this place - do yourself a favour and open a geography book before complaning about too many steps to climb in Cinque Terre. I don’t understand how this place doesn’t have a higher grade on booking.
The room was great, the size is just right considering the area (see my comment above). Also the host was very friendly and recommended us some great places to eat. The sheets were impeccably white, the room was clean and equipped with everything you need. You have the sea literally 5 minutes away, it has a 10 from us which I hope raises the average grade and is more realistic in my opinion.
Great location right in the middle of the centre, close to the beach, train station and local restaurants. Had air conditioning and private bathroom. Host was lovely and gave us some good recommendations. Private bathroom and fridge
Air conditioning was a life saver. It was soooo hot.
