Great location in the heart of La Spezia. Host was very welcoming and provided all the important information.

Very fast and reliable WiFi at over 180mb/s. The heating and cooling are very easy to control and they are very effective. Wonderful location on the pedestrian mall with lots of restaurants in the street and easier than expected to stop close by to drop off luggage. Marco was a wonderful help and met us at the drop off point to help us with the luggage and show us the apartment. He also helped us book a taxi to take us to our car service centre. (Car was being serviced during our stay). The apartment has good water pressure and easy to control hot water temperature. The TV has a wonderful streaming service. The train to the Cinque Terre villages is less than 8 minutes walk away and the ferry is 12 minutes in the opposite direction.

The apartment is very bring, we’ll layer out, exactly like the picture show. The location could not have been better.

Great apartment on an ideal location near to the train station and not far from the port. Had a nice suprise of a bottle of wine and some beer on arrival. On first floor but had a lift for luggage. Communication prior to arrival was good. The apartment was very clean and it had all we needed for a 6 night stay. Located on a pedestrian street with lots of eateries and cafes near by. However it was very quiet noise wise. I would stop here again.

AM’s Apartment is just lovely! Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. It is a very comfortable place to stay, and the location is great, in a main area of La Spezia. The hosts Miriam and Marco met us on arrival and warmly welcomed us.
