The location was the best, it is a few blocks from the metro, it is a good zone. The customer service was excellent, Marisa was exceptional and very helpful.
Everything was great! The room was spotless, wifi was great, location is fantastic! You're a 6 minute WALK away from the central train station, a 25 minute walk from Duomo. Metro entrance is 60 meters away, so is the tram station. Can't think of a better location. At street level you have a great pizza place, a good wine place and a small shop to get yourself a bottle of water or a beer. And our room was very quiet.
Excellent space: great shower, great Air Conditioning, love having a fridge, very clean, great bed and linens, loved the soap

Great area and accessible to many places. Very good location. Liked the privacy and comfort. Bed was very comfortable with good snacks.
