The host and the apartment is great! Giancarlo is amazing and very hospitable. He came pick us up and drop us from/to the train station. He also provided fresh fruits from his garden. He has lots of treats for us too! He really went his way to make us feel comfortable.
The apartment is also amazing! It is actually bigger compared to what you see in the photos. It is very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. There is also a bus stop near it. It is complete. It has everything you need. Amazing amazing!
Above expectations. We stayed 4 nights and felt like at home. Host is super kind and helpful, the apartment is brand new, spacious and fully equipped. We traveled with our two dogs and they had a great time too. Even the neighbors are very friendly!
There are no words to describe the pleasure being in this apartment and GianCarlo’s hospitality.
Everything was fantastic - our host Giancarlo welcomed us really warmly, the apartment was impeccably clean, the rooms were spacious, the area is very quiet. And on top we got full fridge when we arrived - this was something we never experienced so far.
It was really a pity we stayed for 1 night only so when we come back to Rimini we for sure book the same accommodation.
Thank you Giancarlo for a beautiful staying in your apartment. Giancarlo is a great host, he welcomed us upon our arrival, gave us the keys and a fully equipped and perfectly clean apartment. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary appliances and, in short, everything you need for ordinary cooking, including spices, oil, coffee, etc. There was also a fridge full of food and a welcome prosecco after our arrival. The apartment is about a 25-minute walk from the beach and the center. You can use Lime scooters to move between the accommodation and the beach. this was probably the best accommodation we have ever used. Thank you Giancarlo for the gift and we wish you all the best, maybe we'll see you again sometime - Tomas, David, Roman and Tomas :-)
