Lovely little apartment in a great location 15 minute walk from the centre so very calm. Beautiful large windows, working AC, great little kitchen with all necessary appliances for easy cooking. Lots of space for clothes and suitcases. Easy to check in with lock box, staff respond quickly and kindly. Balcony too which was lovely!
Apartment is well located in a quiet area, yet near markets, laundry, and restaurants, cafes, etc. The apartment is spacious (bedroom, living room, kitchen/dining area). Excellent AC and heater. Very clean. Comfortable bed with good sheets and towels. great shower.
Plenty of space for a couple on a business or leisure trip with separate bedroom with small terrace, nice kitchen/dining area and cosy living room area with sofa. Location is plus for those who don’t want to be in the historic center with all the crowds and noise. 300 meters from one of the historic town gates, full of good restaurants and bars.

The apartment was very clean and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. The host was very kind and helpful, the communication was quick and easy. Big bonus for the 2 ACs in the apartment since we visited Florence during a heat wave. Would definatelly recommend.
