Very useful kitchenette and washing machine. The apt and parking spot felt very safe. Grocery store a block away.
Coming from all the activities at the bologna centrale, it was always good to go home to a quiet neighborhood and into cozy and homey place. The place was very accessible to the bus stop. Close to supermarket and restaurants. Among all, our host, Giuseppe, was the best. Always very helpful.

Giuseppe was a wonderful host, he was available for all of our questions and gave us wonderful suggestions about the city. The apartment has everything you need and it's very comfortable. It is a 5 minute walk from the bus station and we didn't have any problem moving between it and the centre. Also in the area of the apartment you can find anything you need.
In my particular case it was convenient that the property was halfway between the airport and the city centre but others might prefer a property closer to the latter. Having said that the bus to the city centre stops nearby and runs frequently throughout the day.
The property was clean, spacious and fully stocked with everything one might need.
Those arriving by car will appreciate the private parking spot.
