Very clean. That’s really nice. Also it’s a quiet street and Antonio is very nice
Easy check in, grocery store close, bus station in the front of the building, great coffee. The sea was also 15-20min walking distance.
Our stay was just perfect. Everything was pretty new and recently renovated. The property is less than 10 min by car from the center of olbia and max 35 min from the nicest beaches. Staff was super friendly and kind, we needed a late checkout and Antonio promptly came with a solution for us.
The room was as described, private bathroom inside the room, mini fridge with cold drinks etc. Clean, nice smell in the building and inside the rooms, tv with cable - we could watch the Euro 2024 matches from 18:00 after coming back from the beach. Free parking outside. Antonio, our host was super nice, provided all the info needed to make our stay as pleasant as possible. There is a terrace outside for smokers etc.
Property is a quiet neighbourhood which you can walk Olbia center in 25 mins. You can do free street parking. Check-in was easy although the person was only speaking Italian but we still easily understood each other.
