Place was one of the few that I think is better than the photos.
Old world charm, excellent service & communication with staff, location
Great location, spacious, traditional, homey apartment.
Just like the photos, the apartment is full of character and charm but equipped with all the mod cons for a comfortable holiday. Aircon in the bedrooms was excellent but the kitchen upstairs was very hot as we were then for three days in 38 degree heat - definitely not the apartment’s fault! Loved the terrace and the view. Santa Croce is a quieter neighbourhood which we enjoyed, short walk to a supermarket for supplies, but at least 20 minute walk to the train station.
Wonderful accomodation in city center, great terrace. Both bedrooms have AC which is a huge plus. Flat has everything you might need. This was our second stay in one of Accacia's flats in Florence and both stays were perfect. Host was easy to communicate with.
