Great communication with property management. A cozy stay in a quiet area and a great location to get to various points of interest.

Not close to Venice train station, but still nestled in historic Venice. Even a supermercado within easy walking distance

It was very comfortable and accessible. The ground floor apartment was a plus. The sofa was comfortable for relaxing and the refrigerator and coffee maker were great. Sofia made check in very easy and a great communicator.

Excellent location. Quiet neighbourhood. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen facilities were adequate for our needs. Good wifi. Washing machine and soap with outside drying. Excellent contact person, Valentina.

Big advantages: the location, the decoration of the bedroom, the bed, as well as the professionalism of the staff managing the place. Sofia was great in helping us with the check-in and with all things we needed. The apartment is at the ground level which has some positive aspects (no need to carry on your luggage) but also some negative (more humidity). It is also very close to the water-bus station and 5minutes walking form the pedestrian bridge connecting this neighborhood to the city centre. The location is very calm and the whole neighborhood is quite interesting to discover. There is also a small patio which can eventually be of some use. Short stay but overall positive experience.
