Really nice apartment with big rooms, a good kitchen and a nice outdoor seating area. The bed is really comfortable. Although there are people living upstairs, the noise is not disturbing and the neighbourhood is quiet.
The center of san teodoro is just a short walk away and to the beach its roughly 20 minutes.
The landlord was really nice. He speaks italian, but with google translate, it wasn't a problem.

Dotato di tutti i confort. Casa pulita e molto carina. La spiaggia bellissima della Cinta è a soli 2 km. Puoi raggiungerla a piedi senza problemi. Altre belle spiagge anche nei dintorni. Il mare è stupendo dappertutto.

Ottima posizione per raggiungere tutte le spiagge in zona San Teodoro e oltre. La casa è nuova, funzionale ed accogliente, ed è inoltre situata in una zona residenziale silenziosa e tranquilla. Una menzione particolare al proprietario, gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Consiglio vivamente!
