The property is ideal, clean, spacious enough for short stays and quite. In summer time, you’ll bless the air conditioning and if you have a car, its parking lot is just a dream in that busy area of Cagliari.
It’s very clean, is very up to date and has a great place within the city of Cagliari. You have shops, cafes, restaurants all nearby. Also there is a laundry room on the street next to the apartment. So there is everything you need close by. 100% recommendation.
Very nice apartment with a pretty view, and very close to the historic city centre. Great contact with the Owner, who is very friendly and helpful :) The room has everything you need for a short stay - includes TV, towels and a hairdryer in the bathroom. Close to a public parking where you can leave your car.
Location was very convenient, at walking distance to historical center, place was quite and our room had a small balcony with view on a green small square. The room was spacious, quite and equipped with all what we needed, beds were very comfortable and all furnitures were new. We could use a well equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave and all what you would need for cooking. The staff was very welcoming and helpful and Carlo gave us also good tips for visiting the city. We enjoyed a lot our stay and I can recommend this place to anyone looking for an elegant, peaceful, well maintained accommodation directly in the old Cagliari center. Friendly and accommodating host, super clean property with lovely dining area with the full range of kitchen facilities. Comfortable bed and large nice bathroom. It is in the city centre; there is a big city market and a grocery store a couple of streets away.
