The location is great. Close to the train station, which we use a lot to visit the 5 lands. The room we stayed is in (VERRANDA) with huge terrace and cozy room. It is very clean, relaxing, and bathroom is good size, there is a heater in the room and air conditioning. The staff is wonderful, always happy to help. Location is perfect! You can find many shops, restaurants, bars and the metro station is 20 steps distance!
Valentina was great when she finally met us to check in late but initially made us nervous that no one was going to be checking us in.
Calm and clean also well equipped , great coffee and coffee machine

Our stay here was very pleasant. The location is excellent, 6 minute walk from the train station; 2 minute walk to the main drag/restaurants; and a 15 minute walk to the harbor. The room we stayed in was the king/balcony…a large room with A/C; a large bathroom with a large shower (rare in Italy); located on the 3rd floor with an available elevator. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
