The gesture of the owner and facilities in the kitchen and common area.
Location was perfect, and the staff as exceptional! The rooms was spacious for a solo traveller and it was kept tidy day after day.
The staff was super helpful, asked if everything was ok.

Andreas was fantastic, really communicative and helpful both in the lead up to the trip and during the trip. The check in and access to the building were really simple and the location is brilliant.

Great location, in city center, especially if you plan to visit other places in Sardinia by bus or train. Very friendly and helpful owner of the appartment. I recommend this place.
