The property was amazing very comfortable and clean. However, it was hard lugging our suitcases up 6 flights of stairs with no elevator and it was confusing trying to find the actual building. Communication was great! Reply’s were instant and very kind host.

Very tasteful recent renovation, very efficient Air Conditioning was appreciated and the location close to everything one needed.

Great location, close to train station and city centre. Daily room cleaning was good.

The room was large and spacious and newly renovated with quality furnishings and finishes with a wonderfully comfortable Kingsize bed. The bath room being newly renovated was quality. The apartment is quite secure. We had difficulty in finding the place (our fault) and the host was extremely helpful in meeting us and personally walking us to Affittacamere Bellavista and even carrying one of our bags. The location is very good, being approx. 800m from the railway station and approx. 400m to the main dining and shopping precincts of La Spezia. We would definitely stay at Affittacamere Bellavista again.
