It’s small but perfect for sleeping / bathroom. We didn’t spend too much time in the room but it was clean and the AC works great. They were so nice and even helped us with our bags! We counted the steps it’s 110 steps to get to the room which was a cool unique experience

Location and the view couldn’t be any better really nice staff and host. Very accommodating with all the stairs by helping bring up my luggage since I had twisted my ankle in Florance.
Wow!!! While the walk up the narrow, winding passageways and steep steps to the apartment is not suitable for those with mobility issues or giant suitcases, the view from the terrace is well worth your efforts. It is simply spectacular (better than the photos). One of the best views of the town in Vernazza.
Communication with the owner was excellent (WhatsApp) making for a quick and smooth check-in/out. The apartment is modern, clean and comfortable with a coffee machine and mini fridge. Very nice bathroom. You're also in the heart of Vernazza - just a short walk down to the heart of the town and to all the restaurants.
Breathtaking view of Vernazza from the property and a great balcony to enjoy the view with your morning coffee or afternoon drinks at. The host Paolo is a great guy, who is super helpful and was very responsive to our questions. Paolo also has a great gelato shop just down the stairs(some of the best gelato I had during a 2 week stay in Italy where I got gelato constantly).The actual room is spacious, clean, and accommodating. Would 100% stay here again.
