The location of the room was only about a 10-minute walk to the train station. It was also only about another 5 or 10 minutes more to the main center of town. We loved having a parking pass included for the car. We were able to park for the two days that we were there for free and not have to worry about getting a ticket or getting towed, which was a concern with our rental car all over Italy. The room was clean and spacious and there's a nice little garden/sitting area to enjoy.

It’s very close to the centrum and to train station. Comfortable and has a good air conditioning in the summer.
