The room is very new and clean. The window and window shades are very fancy.,The shower pressure are strong, air conditioning is working well and quiet.
it was in a quiet area and it was comfortable. The owner was a very nice man. We let him know when we were arriving so he met us there.
It is not in the city centre, but it is great. The staff was very kind, and the check-in and check-out were easy.
Very worth the money!
Free parking at the appartment was handy. Train station nearby with direct trains to Cinque Terre, Parma, Genoa, Pisa and Milan. Boat tours going straight to Portovenere and the Cinque Terre start in the La Spezia harbor.
Very big grocery store and coffee bar around the corner.
Antonio recommended 6 restaurants to us, we tried 4 of them: all of them had amazing local food!
The city of La Spezia is in general less crowded than the Cinque Terre!
Antonio was very helpful and addressed any issues promptly.
Room was very clean, comfortable and serviced daily.
