Very good location, a few minutes walk from La Spezia central station, also lots of shops, markets, cafeterias and pharmacies. The room is small but clean and well equipped and the kitchenette is helpful.
Very good location, close to train station, many restaurants and shops. Room is clean and sufficient. Host is very nice and provides many useful information about local activities.
Maria was an amazing host, she gave us recommendations in the city, even around the surrounding areas such as porto venere as an alternative to a crowded Cinque terre and was very accomodating in the overall stay, definitely recommended!! If your traveling in Cinque terre!!
The biggest asset of this place is its location, some blocks away from the train station and center. There is a convenience store a couple of blocks away as well. The room was quite small, but it was quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable.
The location was excellent. It was very easily accessible to the train station, the shopping district, the ferry port. It was very well kept, and clean.
