Without a doubt, the best place we stayed during our 35-day trip around Europe. Everything was impeccably organized and in perfect condition — it all felt brand new. The staff was outstanding: incredibly kind, attentive, and clear in their explanations. They took the time to personally welcome us and made us feel right at home. The property itself is truly stunning, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. An unbeatable experience with top-notch service. Highly recommended!

Affittacamere Perla del Prione is in a great, convenient location in the heart of La Spezia. The hosts were over-the-top accommodating to any of our needs. The cold beverages and light snacks in the room are much appreciated after a long day of travel. The property is centrally located and within walking distance of the train station. The room is spacious, clean and offered everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property for anyone wishing to explore La Spezia and the Cinque Terre!

The location of this hotel is what truly makes it great! It's only a 10 minute walk (pulling luggage) from the train station which is the same station used when visiting the villages of the Cinque Terre. We easily found many restaurants, cafes and a local grocery store for simple essentials to bring back to our room. The hosts greeted us upon our arrival to get us acquainted with our room and the local area, including tips for visiting Cinque Terre. The icing on the cake was the little balcony with patio table/chairs to sit and enjoy your coffee (from the 3rd floor)! Our room had two twin beds which were very comfortable and the decor was comfortable and not over-stated.
