We arrived quite late and appreciated the late check in. It was conveniently located near the Duomo of Orvieto. It was clean and cute and contained everything we needed. It had a lovely balcony and the a/c was great and very welcome after a hot day!

A+ value for money. Friendly hosts. Close to train station (do not take the tram up). A fascinating town to visit. I would suggest two nights in this area. It's a very light breakfast, cereal and coffee/tea. Has kitchen.

Convenient location with basic but good facilities. Found the host to be very helpful.

The room is spacious, clean and has everything you need. The owner of the house is very nice and you can feel his kindness. It was a very good stay.
