We arrived quite late and appreciated the late check in. It was conveniently located near the Duomo of Orvieto. It was clean and cute and contained everything we needed. It had a lovely balcony and the a/c was great and very welcome after a hot day!
A+ value for money. Friendly hosts. Close to train station (do not take the tram up). A fascinating town to visit. I would suggest two nights in this area. It's a very light breakfast, cereal and coffee/tea. Has kitchen.

Host waited for us till late in the night. He is very friendly and helpful. Apartment was very nicely stocked. Lovely views. Close access to the train to go up in the center.
Car park is very safe inside the lock gates
