Very peaceful place.
Nice and really helpful owner. I had a problem with my car (damaged tyres) and he supported me with purchasing and assembly of new tyres at the local garage.
Quiet neighbourhood (maybe a little disturbing cicadas).
Lovely and quiet. Twin room was compact, but beds comfortable, very clean. Shared common areas very spacious, with fully equipped kitchen and lounge area, and provided coffee/snacks great. Washing machine a bonus. Host Giovanni very hospitable and helpful with restaurant recommendations. Would absolutely recommend a stay here.
I had an amazing stay at this property! Everything in the house was in perfect condition, from the equipment to the rooms themselves. The host was incredibly kind and responsible, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He even came to pick us up from the train station, which was such a thoughtful gesture. He also provided us with valuable information on how to get to Urbino, San Marino, and other nearby destinations. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. 10/10!
All was perfect. Warm welcome from host. Very large and comfortable facilities. Clean and like brand new. We will be back to explore area near city.
Everything was perfect! Starting from the very friendly host, to the room and location. The house is located on a hill, outside of the city and near the beach and is perfect for someone who's looking for a quiet and relaxing trip. The host was very friendly with us. He offered vegetables from his garden, we borrowed an umbrella for the beach and he even offered to drive us to the train station on our final day.
Would return for sure :)
