Super clean, amazing breakfast, nice stuff, comfortable room and bed
Clean, comfortable rooms with air conditioning. Bathrooms show their age, but everything works well. Good location 5 minutes from the center of Sarzana. Breakfast included. Friendly staff.
Very nice room, comfortable and clean. The host was easy to communicate with and very flexible with our early check out. They kindly left us a self service breakfast. Location was a little hard to get to on foot because of nearby construction.

Large comfortable room with a comfortable bed. The room had air conditioning which I didn’t need to use but visitors in hotter months would be pleased to have it. Pleasant outdoor shaded area to sit. Despite being close to the railway lines, the trains were I frequent and did not run at night so I slept really well.
