The location was excellent. Couldn't have asked for a more convenient spot. Everything was so close. Restaurants, bars, shops all within a short distance. Would definitely stay there again.
The best thing about the property is its location close to the Duomo and all the action in Florence. Also the host was kind and gave us a map with suggestions for visiting certain spots and restaurants etc. The tall windows provided a lot of light and the high ceilings added a sense of space and sophistication.
Our host was great! We booked this in part for the laundry and she provided detergent for all three loads we wanted to do. The location was great - near a bus line, near the Duomo, and near museums. The space was very comfortable. There is AC and an elevator. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and our host had some great recommendations.
The waters and snacks were a lovely touch. Our host was amazing! She met us with the keys and gave us all kinds of great information on where to go and recommendations on restaurants. We loved the location too!
Loved the location near the Duomo although lots of church bells. We could walk everywhere. We particularly liked the microwave oven and the washing machine since we had been traveling for 12 days when we arrived. After going up several steps, we were able to take an elevator to the second floor. Albina showed us how to work the washing machine and coffee maker and answered all of our questions, including where I could buy gluten-free products. She also sent us to a gluten-free restaurant which had one of the best meals that we had in Florence. We had a wonderful time staying in her apartment.
