Excellent customer service, great location. Very comfortable apartment with everything you need
Great 1 week stay! My wife and I stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment. The apartment was very comfortable- great beds, and very well stocked with any kitchen items you may need. We very much appreciated the hotel-provided ski locker and the spa facilities. Also, the on-site restaurant was our favorite restaurant in all of Canazei and was very affordable. Would absolutely stay here again.
Staff was great , childcare was great even if my toddler wasn't quite 3 we were able to use the playroom when not busy. He loved the kid swimming pool. It's just a short walk from the end of the piste the locker room has heated boot rack
spa was lovely, restaurant was great and fair priced. pull out couch was comfortable and we had a big balcony. close to slopes
I enjoyed everything about my stay except for the breakfast. I cannot comment on the quality of other meals as I did not try them. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were cosy and warm and had a beautiful view.
