Carlo was very accommodating and responsive. The hotel was comfortable and super clean.
The location was excellent, very close to a bus stop, easy check in, extremely helpful owner and right downstairs a great coffee shop with very friendly people. I would definitely go back.
Not located downtown but just next to the area we needed (Parco della Musica).
