It was a very nice location, easily reachable from the ferry and train station. Bed was comfy, room was cute, and the bathroom was very clean. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and I really loved the eggs they would make you!

Nice location in a piazza just a short, beautiful walk from the station. Clean, comfortable room with great a/c, which is so important when the temps are this high. Friendly, welcoming staff and great breakfast and restaurant on site for dinner!

The staff at this hotel were amazing and accommodated us in so many ways. Garatano was always available to answer questions and arranged for a taxi for us on our last day to get to the train station. His colleagues were equally helpful and considerate to us. Francesco prepared amazing breakfasts and helped check on the taxi that was a few minutes late. The location of this hotel is great. It is in a central piazza and is only a 5-minute walk away from Villa Monastero. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Room was great, updated, good AC, spectacular location, friendly helpful staff, restaurant food was excellent at a good price point.

Everything! This place is darling! Very quaint! Very up to date - looked like the rooms had been remodeled recently. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The location in Varenna is perfect! in the center, close to everything.
