Wide and spacious. Clean and comfortable.
Outside, the property welcomed you with jasmines in full bloom so it smells good. The trees filters the air and gives shade that is comforting from the sun.

The price, the location (near Termini) as well as the very nice and helpful staff.
The location is very good, you need just several minutes to reach to termini station. Host was incredibly kind and helpful. He informed us about every detail we needed to know about our room and our visit in Rome. Room was little bit old, but very clean.
Luka, the receptionist and his mother are very kind, friendly and helpful. Nice to have met you both, and your dog too. Everything was clean in the room, hot and cold water, air conditioner, small refrigerator, all were fine. The hotel is in a peaceful location, very close to Termini station.
