Excellent location, good staff, very good breakfast.

Perfect location in heart of the old town, and across the street from the Duke's Palace! The staff is always ready to help. Breakfast goes well beyond a continental breakfast, and often has home-made baked surprises! Pay careful attention to the hotel's email on the parking and driving details within Arbino. Fear not, if the front desk knows that you have driven your car, the staff can take care of any pending fine you were just given, trying to get to the hotel. ;-) This is my second visit, and I'm certain I will return!

The location of this hotel could not be better, right in the centre of town. The hotel is very modern with every facility you could want including a restaurant. Within easy walking distance you come to the heart of Urbino with all the main buildings, both ecclesiastical and University. Superb selection of cafes / restaurants / tavernas are right on the doorstep. Well worth a visit not a mega tourist hub but lively with a big university student population

Great location close to the main square and sights. Good buffet breakfast with fruit, coffee, cereal, cakes, boiled egg, cheese, and meat. Nice modern feel.

Great location. Staff were all kind and helpful. Breakfast very good with plenty of variety. Room was OK. A basic hotel room (single) so very small as expected. Bathroom could have been cleaner. My only complaint is the room was too warm and stuffy and the only way to drop the temp was to open the window because the temp regulation is completely automated. With the window open all the street noise was very bad. People noise stopped at a reasonable hour (22:00), but morning street cleaners started about 6:00 so that is when you are awake. Like it or not.
