Excellent location , and the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful . The property is well maintained , and the rooms nicely furnished and clean . The restaurant was an incredible surprise , the food lovingly prepared and plated , and served by a knowledgeable and attentive staff . A five star experience . Highly recommend you visit this charming hotel.
Hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, hot chocolate for breakfast. Too many cake & cookie offerings.air conditioning system did not work well. Selected 21 but room still 25. Had to leave key always at front desk.
The experience was great, the staff extremely kind and helpful. For example, the day of my checkout the trains were cancelled and they allowed me to go back in the room and stay there fore a couple of hours.
We only stayed 1 night as our plan was to go on a morning mini-hike in the mountains and then drive to Venice. We had an early breakfast (fruit, croissant, juice, muffins, yogurt, eggs) at 7:00 AM and enjoyed a wonderful authentic Italian espresso. Overall it was a comfortable place.
Great location in the city centre. Free parking in front of the hotel. Large room with comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Perfect for a short stay.
