Friendly staff and a great location for visiting Bologna. Room was comfortable and characterful
Amazing central location but still quiet. Very friendly, helpful staff at the desk. Nice breakfast - plenty of choice. Nice old fashioned feel although a little faded.
The location is superb with umpteen food outlets and shops on the doorstep, as well as magnificent places to visit / wander around.
The staff were very helpful and courteous.
Their English was far superior to our Italian.
We had to leave very early on Monday morning and staff arranged our 🚕.
A warm welcome right in the heart of the old town, we were upgraded to a family room with plenty of space and lovely big bathroom. Surprisingly quiet considering the central location, next to the local markets, food shops, restaurants and cafes. An amazing city!
The bed was deliciously comfortable. I loved the shower; it was easy to work and felt so good from a very long and stressful afternoon trying to get to the venue.
There were more steps than I had expected, yet Pepe was terrific in helping me manage the stairs. Very sweet accommodation.
