In the evening, we discovered a leak in the bathroom, after which the owner offered us a larger apartment in the same building at no additional cost and covered the city tax.
The location is great; close to the Vatican and lots of cafes and restaurants are close by. The rooms are cozy and clean. The staff was amazing. They helped us with so many things and got back to us right away!
