Gracious host and family. We were greeted by the grandfather, father and Alessandra herself - all warm, friendly and attentive people. She speaks perfect English and the rental seems to be a unit that she initially occupied. It is country style and stylish. The kitchen provisions and dishware were of high quality and exceeded what one would expect from a rental. We were even offered breakfast at her fathers establishment but we did not take advantage, but the offer was sincere and indication of how hospitable the family is. In our last stay in 2023 near Arrezo we stayed in town, but we found that to be too noisy at night. Alessandra's place is quiet and around 10 min drive from the city - so for this trip her place was near enough and very quiet at night. And honestly, the cost per night was far lower than the unit deserves.
