Absolutely amazing apartment, even better in real life than in pictures. The building is actually an old Palazzo from the 15th century, it features spectacular staircases inside. The whole atmosphere of it transports the mind and feelings back in historic times. Ceiling is exceptionally high, with orientation towards East and North, the apartment provides cooling during the hottest moments of the day perfect for deep relaxation siestas, which I enjoyed so much. I am very thankful for having experienced this. The location is simply in the heart of Alghero on the main street. Evening corso is immediately accessible from the doorstep, making the whole town feel like home.

The holidays were made more enjoyable because the house had everything; space, cleanliness, every possible convenience, in the center of the old city, and the interior decoration offered an experience of Italian culture.

This property is absolutely beautiful and in the heart of the old town—close to all amenities—shops, restaurants and access to the seafront. Steeped in history—this location is ideal for exploring Alghero’s rich heritage. Antonio is a such gracious host and gave so many wonderful recommendations for places to visit locally.

We liked everything about this property, it was better than the pictures, great location & communication with the owner Antonio, we would definitely book this apartment again if we wanted to say in the centre of Alghero, it’s so near everything you need & a short walk or bus ride to the beaches.

super nice apartment in the old Alghero, very well equipped (washing machine and dryer), many restaurant around and nice little shop. Antonio (the guy in charge of the keys) was super nice and available for any questions.
