A lovely apartment in a good location. Having a lift is a real bonus. It was very easy to reach by bus from Catania airport. We liked being outside Ortigia which is fun but touristy and here we felt like locals! The hosts were great - really helpful and always on hand to answer questions (with great recommendations as to where to eat). Everything was modern and spotlessly clean. Really nice cafes/bars within two/three minutes walk. Thoroughly recommended.

Very clean, fully equipped, good location.... Monica and Carlo were amazing. They gave us printed (and digital) maps with directions.... You can park easily just in front of the building.... everything is near by.... I fully recommend it for families who wants to visit Syracuses

The landlord was really helpful and provided all the information that I have asked for, mostly not even related to the apartment. They even extended our checkout time at our request.

The location just outside Ortigia, was perfect for us, just left the car parked outside, and walked around Syracusa on foot. Apartment was spotlessly clean, Carlo welcomed us and had stocked up the fridge with a welcome pack.

The apartment was just flawless, beautiful, modern, lot of space, everything you need, three separate air conditioning units came super handy during hot days in July. Huge balcony right above a beautiful park with palm trees. We relaxed very comfortably after all day travelling or swimming. Location is perfect for making trips, right next to the main road leading to the city but still with many small restaurants and grocery places around, 5 minutes walking from fantastic archeological sites, 20 minutes walking to historical part Ortegia. 15-30 minutes in the car to several famous and most beautiful beaches near the city. We also appreciated many spaces for parking with never a problem to leave the car just a few steps from the house for only a few Eur or even free. House owners were very very kind, offering above standard service and helped us immediately with any issues we ran into during our travels. We felt secure as we realized we are in good hands :)
