Very good place. Good location, good bed, good bath (very large) and have some good machines to make ur own breakfast.
Location, clean, good size. It’s not luxurious at all; but it’s clean and well located. It works great if you want to save money.
We loved the location, walking distance to the train station and then to the rest of the historic center. The kitchen was a great luxury for breakfast and a light evening meal. Our "King" room was on the back side of the building, so it got less hot. The very firm matress was perfect for me.

Very good location to discover Modena. Recently refurbished apartment, very clean and quiet. The small kitchen has all what's needed for a couple of days. The owner was extremely friendly and very responsive. All communications were per email / phone and we didn't have any trouble checking-in or registering the car to enter the traffic restricted area of Modena and directly park at the location.
