Location, decoration, size, very clean, excellent response
The apartments are very well-equipped, very cozy and modern. We were staying with kid and sofa was prepared in advance for us as sleeping place. Entrance is done via link both to the building door and apartment, so you have to be online to get inside. No physical keys are needed. Located super comfortable, walking distance to everything. Cleaning machine can be a bit noisy in the morning but this is not a huge issue. I would very much recommend warm socks or house shoes for those staying in autumn, the floors are cold. Maybe could be provided by owner as a gift ;) Host is very responsive and helpful, always can be reached
Recently refurbished, high ceilings, very central location which is perfect to walk-visit Como historical center and surroundings.
Great location, lovely clean room and nice decor, spacious and liked the keyless entry. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends.
The layout of the apartment is very good, spacious and welcoming. The location is excellent, step outside and your own piazza awaits with a happy hour Spritz at hand.
