Excellent location, spacious room (although slightly tired looking). We stayed one night in December and there was ample paid parking available near by (blue zone parking). The host has arranged a parking permit for our stay at 15euros per day.
The space was clean and comfortable. The location was great. The staff was helpful.
Our host Mara was lovely and met us at the property. Thankfully she had organised a parking ticket that we could put in the car (but we had to pay extra). I booked all my Italy places on here using the filter to make sure there was parking but it is often the case that the hotel will mention they have parking but it is still at a high cost to the guest. The bed was very comfortable and the location was great. The price jumped a lot when adding in one more person which was a bitof a surprise.
I really enjoyed staying in these apartments, the location was in the very center of the city, the check-in was very fast, the room was large and beautiful with a beautiful view of the sea. There is a wonderful restaurant in the courtyard of the hotel. Communication with the landlord was pleasant. The room had towels, miniatures of cosmetics, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer and even a coffee machine - in general, everything you need. I will gladly go back there again.
