The location is amazing - it has very good facilities, very clean, very comfortable, very big. Everything is on the spot and feels like a very nice experience.
We came late and they still served us with dinner, Emi is a very professional manager and she managed to help us with everything.
We had an accident on the way and once we arrived they provided a paramedic for us.
Best hotel experience.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. Staying here was enchanting, panoramic views from bedroom and all the pools and saunas. Everything was simply beautiful and amazing. Most beautiful place we stayed at. Simply exceptional
Food is great, staff are lovely, spa/views are unreal.
After watching the Hubertus on Amazing hotels beyond the lobby at Christmas we decided to book the hotel and it did not disappoint. The location, staff, service and food were fantastic. We have stayed in many hotels around the world and this has to be our number one to date. Great credit must go to the Gasser family and all the staff for this diamond in the Dolomites.
