Bel monolocale ristrutturato di recente. Cucina completamente attrezzata in locale separato dalla stanza principale che e’ fornita di due divani letto da due persone ciascuno, un grosso tavolo e dei mobili in cui sistemare i bagagli. Bagno nuovo, di medie dimensioni, con lavatrice.
Bel terrazzo con vista verso Menton/Montecarlo, con tavolo per pasti all’ aperto.
In posizione elevata rispetto alla strada principale, molto tranquilla. Da un altro edificio sulla strada principale si puo’ prendere l’ ascensore privato che porta alla spiaggia delle Calandre. In alternativa 15/20 minuti a piedi per sentiero.
Padrone gentilissimo che ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste.
