The 2 girls at the reception were very polite and helpful. The room was big, modern and clean. The food was great both dinner and lunch. There is even a minibus that takes you to the beach for which you can reserve 2 sunbeds and umbrella the day before.
I thought it was great value for money. There are some 'snagging' issues around the hotel that are being finished off but overall it is a beautiful hotel with loads of potential. Dinner was great and we really enjoyed it. The views and sunsets are incredible.
We ate lunch at the Splash Bar most days and again it was good value for money and the staff were great.
Our room was cleaned really well each day.
Our daughter loved the baby disco each evening
Free shuttle to the beach with the use of the sun loungers included in the stay, entertainers were great fun and friendly, food was good. Initially got the wrong room but the manager quickly sorted this for us - very friendly and helpful reception staff, manager was brilliant.
We loved this hotel. Everything was organised for people to have a really wonderful holiday. There was a relaxed atmosphere that pervaded every aspect of this hotel. The food was healthy and delicious, the amenities were run competently and the staff were efficient, friendly but unobtrusive. There didn’t seem to be any expectation of constant tipping all the time. We returned from our holiday relaxed, refreshed and definitely wanting to return.
Comfortable room , clean and with friendly staff . Great beach and beach bar at a 4-5 min walk away from the resort.
