The location is great. A very short walk gets you to the heart of downtown with restaurants, grocery stores, etc . . . The owner is also very responsive to make sure everything is going well. I stayed six days and would pick it again if I go back.
The apartment is in the historical center with everything nearby (supermarket in 100 meters, pizza in 100 meters, restaurants, historical buildings...) but is very quiet ! The streets are very clean, no dubious neighbors, we walked and enjoyed the nights too with no worries. We had 2 heating pumps in the apartment (2 air conditioning units) so it was not cold at night. The interior ceiling is preserved old with wood and all the appliances are modern. We appreciated everything (including the indications from our host about what to visit and where to eat) so we had a great time!
Tha apartament was located in the very heart of Ancona, 1 minute from Piazza Roma. It was eqquiped with every neccesary thing from utilities, basic culinary ingredients, toiletries etc. Raffaele, the host was very helpful and kind. He made our stay very comfortable. I really suggest this apartment for your stay in Ancona.
Excellent location, spacious accommodation and our host Rafael was incredibly helpful. Late checkout was appreciated.
Apartment in a old house in a very quiet area with practically no road or other traffic, but only a few steps from tons of restaurants and bus stops. In foot distance from the ferry port and the city center.
