Beautiful pool and plenty of sunbeds.
Kind hospitality.
Quiet neighborhood.
The studio split level room is recently renovated so it didn’t look like old photos shown upon booking.
The washing machine is shared among the guests, each room has its own drying rack.
Clean room but in the summer there’re few ants.
Modica was our base to explore near by towns.
There’re also 4-5 supermarkets close by within 5 mins drive.

Located in a quiet area, away from traffic but from which at the same time you can easily reach the main baroque wonders of the province of Ragusa and many beaches
I loved staying in this place. It’s conveniently located near Modica, Scicli, and Ragusa, which allowed us to stay close by and explore each of these beautiful towns at our own pace. The place itself is truly spectacular, with a wonderful atmosphere and scenic surroundings. There is ample parking available on-site, making it easy to come and go as we pleased without any hassle. It was the perfect base for our trip, offering both comfort and accessibility to some of Sicily’s most charming destinations.
Well appointed apartment. Rustic exterior but modern interior. Swimming pool area was beautiful. Wonderful outlook over surrounding farms and properties. Excellent hosts.
